Loved the lovely staff and the nice breakfast every day. The Triple Room with Pool View was just perfect! Only downside, the bed was a bit too hard for my liking.

Housekeeping could really step up their game. I found a door lock that didn’t work, and the TV remote was also out of order!!! Maintenance management certainly needs more attention, too. The sauna door looked ready to fall off!!!

Loved the family room with a garden view. The space felt cozy, and the kids enjoyed the pool immensely. Breakfast had nice options, especially the made-to-order eggs. The sky bar provided fun evenings with wonderful ocean views. Helpful staff organized our boat tickets without a hitch. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. Unfortunately, the housekeeping could use some improvement. the TV remote didn't work, and the sauna door seemed unstable. Minor maintenance issues, like the door lock malfunctioning, were a bit annoying. Overall, we had a lovely stay amidst the little inconveniences.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Brenta Phu Quoc Hotel. The swimming pool was beautiful and well-maintained, providing a lovely place to relax. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, adding warmth to my experience with their attentive service.

I stayed in the Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Balcony for 4 nights. The room was comfy with a cozy bed and cold AC, but housekeeping missed some dust. The view from the balcony was nice, but I had trouble with the TV remote. Overall, the ambiance was pleasant, just a few little maintenance issues to fix.

The hotel offers a cozy atmosphere with daily cleaning and fresh towels, which kept our room tidy throughout our stay. Breakfasts were impressive, featuring both Vietnamese and European dishes, and the coffee was exceptional! We particularly enjoyed the garden view, which provided a serene backdrop for our mornings.
